Yes. Our official MBTI test is available online in multiple languages (primarily Indonesian and English), via an official link sent directly to participants' email addresses.
The MBTI helps teams understand differences in work, communication, and decision-making styles among members, enabling more effective collaboration and more constructive conflict management. In an organizational context, the MBTI is used for employee development, improving team communication, leadership development, team synergy, communication, and team building.
Simply taking the MBTI test has several drawbacks, such as misunderstanding the concept itself, the possibility of using the MBTI incorrectly, and potential biases when taking the test. During the training, participants will learn how to correctly view and use the MBTI, how to apply it practically in life and work, and how to build team synergy.
For in-house Applied MBTI Training, for maximum effectiveness and an optimal learning experience, we recommend a minimum of 10–15 participants. For MBTI Gameday, the range is more flexible, from 15 to 100 participants. For Private Coaching, one-on-one sessions are available.
Yes. Inspira Mitologi and all of our MBTI trainers are officially certified by The Myers-Briggs Company through CPP Asia Pacific. We are authorized to conduct MBTI testing and application training (not practitioner certification) in Indonesia and the Asia Pacific region.
