Simply taking the MBTI test has several drawbacks, such as misunderstanding the concept itself, the possibility of using the MBTI incorrectly, and potential biases when taking the test. During the training, participants will learn how to correctly view and use the MBTI, how to apply it practically in life and work, and how to build team synergy.
For in-house Applied MBTI Training, for maximum effectiveness and an optimal learning experience, we recommend a minimum of 10–15 participants. For MBTI Gameday, the range is more flexible, from 15 to 100 participants. For Private Coaching, one-on-one sessions are available.
